Little Lucky Tomato Start
We tried this for the first time last year and were super impressed. This one is a multi-color show stopper. The heart-shaped fruits are the color of a sunset– golden, orange, red, and pink, and the color radiates through the whole tomato. The plant is a prolific producer, but you won’t tire of Little Lucky tomatoes. Their flavor is luscious — sweet, tart, and complex. My mouth is watering as I remember how delicious they were last summer!
Tomatoes plants MUST be protected from frost. In Ellensburg, I wait until June 1 to plant out any tomato plants (after hardening them off), and have frost blankets ready if it looks like nighttime temperatures will dip. Little Lucky can start producing 90 days after being planted out.
